01Are you insured?
Yes. West Sussex Pressure Washing operates with full public liability insurance, so you're covered in the unlikely event that something is damaged while work is carried out.
02Do I need to be home?
Not always. If there is agreed access to the work area and a working outdoor tap, the job can often be completed while you are out.
03Do you need water or electricity?
A working outdoor water supply is normally required. Any need for electricity or access through the property will be confirmed before the booking.
04Can every surface be pressure washed?
No. Loose render or pointing, fragile stone, old tarmac, painted surfaces, unstable decking or fencing and asbestos-containing materials may need a different method or may be unsuitable. We assess condition before work starts.
05Will every stain disappear?
Pressure washing improves general dirt, moss and algae, but deeply absorbed oil, rust, paint, cement and some old stains may not be fully removable.
06Is the online estimate the final price?
No. It is a guide based on the details supplied. The final quote is confirmed after checking photos, access, drainage, surface condition and any special treatment required.
07What happens if the weather changes?
Heavy rain, freezing conditions and the dry weather needed for re-sanding or sealing can affect the schedule. If work needs to move, a new date will be agreed with you.
