Online estimates

Calculator results are non-binding guide prices based on the information supplied. A job is not booked and a final price is not agreed until WSPW confirms the scope, price and date in writing.

Final quotes

The confirmed quote may change from the online estimate after checking access, drainage, water supply, parking, travel, surface condition, staining, furniture, waste, treatment and safety requirements. Any change is discussed before work begins.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, permission to access the work area and a working outdoor tap unless agreed otherwise. Vehicles, fragile items, loose furniture and plant pots should be moved where reasonably possible. Pets and children must be kept away from the working area.

Surface condition and results

Pressure washing improves most general dirt, moss and algae, but some oil, rust, paint, cement and deeply absorbed stains may not be fully removable.

Loose pointing or render, cracked slabs, old tarmac, fragile stone, painted surfaces, unstable timber and asbestos-containing materials may be unsuitable. Existing weaknesses can become more visible during cleaning. WSPW may decline or stop work where continuing would be unsafe or likely to cause avoidable damage.

Utilities, drainage and access

Permission to use agreed customer water or electricity is included in the booking. Access through a property, locked gates, stairs, poor drainage or parking restrictions must be disclosed before the date.

Re-sanding and sealing

Re-sanding and sealing depend on suitable dry conditions and may require a return visit. Product, coverage, drying time, preparation and the return visit will be stated in the confirmed quote.

Payment

The accepted payment method, timing and any deposit will be stated in the confirmed quote. No payment method is promised by this website until it has been agreed for the booking.
