How it is handled
After cleaning and rinsing, re-sanding can be arranged once the joints are dry enough to accept kiln-dried sand.
Important checks
Re-sanding may need a separate dry-weather visit. Loose, sunken or damaged blocks are identified before cleaning.
Result expectations
Pressure washing improves most general dirt, moss and algae, but some oil, rust, paint, cement and deeply absorbed stains may not be fully removable.
