Who is responsible for your information?

West Sussex Pressure Washing is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to admin@wspw.uk.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, postcode, preferred contact method, availability, access and drainage details, surface measurements, notes, map points and photographs that you choose to upload.

Why we use it

Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare estimates and quotes, arrange work, keep job records, prevent spam and deal with questions or complaints. We do not sell customer information.

Services that may receive information

Address and map features use Google Maps services. If you choose WhatsApp, the information in your message is handled by WhatsApp. Website hosting, email delivery and storage providers may process information only as needed to operate the service. Their own privacy terms also apply.

Photographs

Uploaded photographs are used to understand the job and prepare the estimate. They will not be published as marketing material without separate permission.

How long information is kept

Unsuccessful estimate requests are normally deleted within 12 months. Records for completed work may be retained for up to six years where needed for accounts, tax, contracts or legal claims. Information may be removed sooner when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, request a correction or deletion, object to certain uses or withdraw consent where consent is relied on. Contact admin@wspw.uk and include enough detail for the request to be identified.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect enquiries. No internet service is completely risk-free, so please do not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
